We are proud to share that Partner Heather Bailey has been named to the 2026 Notable Women in the Law list by Crain’s Chicago Business. The award honors women attorneys for their outstanding leadership, professional accomplishments, and community engagement that "illustrate how legal expertise supports growth, accountability and innovation across Chicago's economy."

Heather, co-chair of the firm's Labor & Employment Service Group, embodies the spirit of this award inside and outside of her practice. She concentrates her nationwide practice in employment and labor counseling. As co-chair of the group, she helps to lead collaborative attorneys serving clients in a variety of industries and ensuring that they gain success while avoiding legal pitfalls. Among her biggest career wins was ensuring her clients got through the COVID-19 pandemic not just through legal counsel, but also by providing complimentary education.

Outside of the office, Heather is an advisory committee member, past president, and mentor for the Professional Women's Club of Chicago. She serves on the advisory council of the Illinois Restaurant Association and the business advisory board of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce. Heather is also an executive committee member of ProVisors.

Please join us in congratulating Heather on this well‑deserved achievement.
