The Franklin County Treasurer’s Office in partnership with the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas General Division has awarded Larry James the 2024 Steve McClure Service Award. Larry was honored at the Annual Black History Month Program where they celebrated the 2024 theme of African Americans and the Arts honoring over 25 years of Black History Month programs. He received the award in recognition of his many accomplishments in leadership and service.
