Amundsen Davis Expands Into Michigan Through Combination With Paesano Akkashian

We are excited to share another milestone in Amundsen Davis’s continued growth. Effective September 1, 2026, Detroit-based firm of Paesano Akkashian, PC, joined Amundsen Davis, establishing the firm’s first office in Michigan and further strengthening our presence across the Midwest.

This expansion reflects our strategic vision to grow in key markets to provide greater value to clients. Michigan is home to industries that help drive the Midwest economy and many of our clients have significant business interests there. Our four new attorneys—partners Anthony R. Paesano, Brian M. Akkashian, Alec M. Torigian, and Matthew J. Enright—bring decades of experience that strengthen several of our key areas of practice, including commercial and business litigation, automotive supply chain, securities transactions, real estate finance, and estate and business planning.

With the addition of the Detroit office, Amundsen Davis is now more than 270 attorneys strong, operating out of 14 offices in six states.
