Rachael Winthrop Joins Amundsen Davis as Senior Counsel

We are happy to announce that Rachael Winthrop has joined Amundsen Davis in our Chicago office.

As a Senior Counsel in our Insurers Service Group, Rachael provides advice to and litigation on behalf of insurers, representing insurance clients nationwide with respect to complex insurance coverage issues, bad faith and other extra-contractual matters. She also provides counsel to her clients in all aspects of their business, including contract interpretation, policy drafting, and dispute resolution.
