Alan Farkas was featured and quoted by The Indiana Lawyer discussing his view of the Indiana bar, which he recently took and passed allowing him to obtain his Indiana law license. “I felt like I had an opportunity to demonstrate my knowledge and my ability to apply the law,” he said. “I think ultimately that’s what exam is there for. It is a vehicle for applicants to demonstrate their ability.” The article goes on to discuss the differences between the Indiana bar and the Uniform Bar Exam, which Indiana will be switching to in July, 2021.
