Luke Fedlam sat down with Mike McCarthy of ABC6 Columbus news to discuss the recent court ruling in Ohio high school athlete Jamier Brown's lawsuit against the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA).
Luke represented Brown in a lawsuit against the OHSAA's prohibition of name, image and likeness (NIL) compensation for high school athletes. A Franklin County court judge ruled in his favor, issuing a temporary block on the OHSAA's ban and allowing high school athletes in Ohio to make NIL deals. In the video interview, Luke discusses the implications of this ruling for the future of high school sports.
