Overview
Bailee (she/her) became a lawyer to broaden and protect women's rights—a goal she is able to accomplish through her work as a health care attorney. Prior to joining the firm, she represented a state health department in litigation and provided in-house counsel for family health, chronic disease prevention, and funeral directing. More recently, Bailee served as a pro se law clerk at a federal district court, handling prisoner civil rights litigation.
As an associate in the firm's Health Care Service Group, Bailee brings her deep knowledge of health care law to her practice. When working with clients, she relies on her thorough research skills and ability to understand nuance to fully represent her clients' perspectives. Clients appreciate her ability to dive into new areas of law and quickly understand a topic to achieve favorable results on their behalf.
