Collin D. McCabe

Collin is a civil defense litigator in the firm’s General Liability Service Group in St. Louis. His practice focuses on representing clients in the insurance and transportation industries in matters involving product liability, automotive liability, breach of contract, claims under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, and negligence.

Collin approaches his work with a disciplined, goal-oriented mindset shaped by his background in the music industry, where he learned to set difficult but attainable goals in support of a favorable final outcome. He applies this philosophy to litigation by breaking complex matters into strategic steps, each designed to move a case closer to the best possible outcome for his clients.

Collin enjoys playing music and traveling for concerts in his spare time. He enjoys collecting art, vinyl records, and cameras; cheering on the New Orleans Saints; and spending time with his two cats.
