Licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan, Dan is known for his strategic and tireless advocacy in high-stakes litigation.

For more than a decade, Dan has built a national reputation as “go-to” counsel for leading garbage and waste management carriers, as well as major heavy truck and aviation companies. He has successfully tried cases to verdict in jurisdictions across the country, including Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, North Dakota, Indiana, and Florida. His litigation portfolio spans complex claims involving workplace injury, product liability, civil conspiracy, fraud, and workers’ compensation death benefits.

Dan’s transportation practice is bolstered by his role on the firm’s Rapid Response Team, where he is frequently called upon at a moment’s notice to investigate catastrophic losses involving serious injury or fatalities. Working closely with clients, he provides end-to-end support—from on-site investigation and evidence preservation to trial.
