Deborah S. Imafidon

As a member of the firm's Aerospace Service Group, Deborah primarily represents businesses in the aviation industry in complex litigation and counseling matters. Her practice focuses primarily on labor and employment disputes, commercial contract issues, consumer product claims, and aviation equipment-related matters. Drawing on her past experience in private practice and the public sector, Deborah provides results-driven guidance to help clients mitigate risk, navigate regulatory and operational challenges, and achieve favorable outcomes that are aligned with business priorities. She regularly handles all phases of litigation, from discovery through resolution, and has experience representing clients in state and federal court, including first trial jury experience. 

Outside of the office, Deborah is committed to giving back to her community, with an emphasis on providing aid and support to infants, women, and shelters.
