As a member of the firm's Transportation & Logistics Service Group, Devin serves as trusted counsel to motor carriers, freight brokers, and transportation intermediaries nationwide in claims handling, litigation defense, and risk strategy. His practice is centered on defending carriers and brokers in cargo loss and theft disputes, negligent selection and broker liability claims, catastrophic injury cases arising from brokered loads, and complex contractual disputes involving shipper–broker and broker–carrier relationships.
In addition to his practice, Devin writes and presents on emerging legal trends shaping the trucking and logistics industry.
