Overview
As a member of the firm's Business Litigation Service Group in Milwaukee, Dylan represents businesses and individuals primarily in the transportation and insurance industries. He provides strategic counsel to clients as they navigate issues including breach of contract, negligence, statutory violations, and professional liability claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Dylan was a liability claims specialist for a regional insurance carrier, where he developed a deep understanding of risk assessment, claims evaluation, and litigation strategy. During this time, he also earned his Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations. He uses this background to effectively advocate for his clients in complex disputes.
Outside of the office, Dylan is an NCAA intercollegiate soccer official who referees men's and women's soccer games nationwide.
