Overview
Despite advocating for fellow students as early as elementary school and working with administration through college to create fairer housing for students, Erica’s legal career did not officially begin until after a decade in the publishing industry.
Erica believes that the right path is not always straightforward, but thinking outside the box can result in unconventional yet effective solutions. Through seemingly disparate careers in the arts and with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Erica has cultivated strong communication and creative problem-solving skills to become a multi-faceted and capable advocate for clients.
As a member of Amundsen Davis’s Business Litigation Service Group, Erica represents clients on a wide variety of matters including personal and workplace injury, professional liability, contract disputes, and trademark infringement. Her work spans industries including transportation and logistics, health care, commercial litigation, and cybersecurity & data privacy.
