Overview
Filip focuses on unraveling the intricacies of immigration law, with a particular emphasis on employment-based visas and family reunification. With years of experience representing companies and families, Filip has a reputation for combining sharp legal acumen with a human-centered approach that makes every client feel heard and supported. As of counsel, he formulates compelling case strategies, drafts persuasive briefs, and cultivates trust-based relationships to support his clients throughout the immigration process.
Filip works with businesses on a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including PERM labor certifications and H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1 and E visas. He also works with organizations to legally establish themselves on foreign soil. In addition, Filip represents individuals seeking family-sponsored naturalization, assisting them with matters including green card applications, removal of conditions petitions, applications for reentry to the U.S. after deportation, and immigration court proceedings.
