Jeffrey R. Vaisa

Jeffrey brings a collaborative approach to client relationships with the goal of providing practical, proactive representation and counsel from the beginning of each case. He views each matter as an opportunity to deepen his understanding of the law and the industries he serves, continually refining his strategies through hands-on courtroom experience.

Jeffrey represents various businesses including health care providers, transportation companies, construction companies, and commercial real estate companies in a wide range of complex disputes. He regularly defends trucking and transportation clients in accident liability, contractual, and other commercial matters. His practice includes business litigation, health care litigation, transportation and logistics matters, construction disputes, employment litigation, and commercial contract disputes. He has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts through all stages of litigation.

Jeffrey's experience across multiple industries allows him to provide efficient, business-focused representation tailored to each client's operational and litigation needs.

Outside of the office, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his family, watching and playing sports, and coaching t-ball.
