Kyle R. Sullivan

In many ways, Kyle’s career as a litigator was inevitable from childhood. Kyle’s parents actively encouraged raucous dinnertime debate between him and his three siblings, on topics ranging anywhere from politics to the pros and cons of the latest Marvel movie. Kyle’s love of debate, analytical mind, and affability drew him to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather, a former judge and trial attorney. 

Kyle concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of general liability and professional liability defense. He defends a range of professionals, including lawyers, architects, medical providers, and engineers. His experience includes representing hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and nursing homes facing medical malpractice claims. Having handled all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit investigation to appeal, Kyle understands that a successful litigation strategy begins with fact investigation and early analysis. These skills enable Kyle to help provide cost effective results for his clients at early stages in litigation. 

While not working, you can find Kyle on weekends lamenting the lack of offense from his beloved Chicago Bears and Iowa Hawkeyes football teams.
