Overview
Megan is a nurse paralegal within the firm’s Health Care Service Group, where she leverages her nursing background to strengthen case proceedings and client defense. She supports the representation of health care clients by preparing and issuing subpoenas, organizing and indexing requested and subpoenaed documents, abstracting and analyzing medical records for completeness and relevance, researching and securing expert witnesses, and providing insight into standard health care practices and protocols. Prior to joining the firm, Megan worked as an emergency room and trauma nurse.
