Rachel L. Grajewski

Rachel (she/her) focuses her practice on employer-side labor and employment matters. As part of the firm's Labor & Employment Service Group in Chicago, she provides comprehensive legal counsel to private and nonprofit companies and government agencies facing issues including discrimination and retaliation claims; wage and hour disputes; and compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Rachel takes the time to get to know her clients, understand their goals, and talk them through the legal process so they can appropriately evaluate their options and feel assured their best interests are top of mind.

Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys listening to live music, reading, yoga, and making a positive impact in her community through volunteerism.
