Rachel (She/Her) has the work ethic and attention to detail that clients appreciate. As a native Mandarin Chinese speaker and a former licensed attorney in the People's Republic of China, she brings an advantage to her practice. Rachel's dual experience as a Chinese and U.S. attorney enables her to effectively assist Chinese companies and their subsidiaries operating in America.

As a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Service Group, she represents clients facing breach of contract, intellectual property, false advertising, unfair competition, business fraud and other shareholder disputes.
