Overview

Saphe-Allah lives by the Henry Ford quote, “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.” In that regard he strives to stay a young lawyer. His clients appreciate that he is continuously learning to best understand every fact and nuance of their case.

As a member of the firm’s Health Care Service Group, Saphe-Allah represents hospitals, clinics, and physicians of various specialties, in medical malpractice and compliance issues. He guides his clients through the inception of a case to their conclusion in settlement or verdict. A highlight in his career is when he successfully argued and presented a motion to dismiss before the court, receiving a dismissal with prejudice on behalf of a hospital and physician. As a young attorney, Saphe-Allah participated in three medical malpractice trials, drafting motions in limine, assisting the partners in opening and closing statements, and cross examinations of adverse witnesses. Saphe-Allah’s experience also includes representing employers, Fortune 500 companies, and various insurance carriers in employment law and workers’ compensation matters, as well as in toxic tort and mass tort litigation.

Coming from a big family and small business, Saphe-Allah has witnessed firsthand the stress and worry of lawsuits. He knows any lawsuit is a threat to a person’s livelihood. Many of his relatives today are health care professionals, which further solidifies his interest in health care law, since he knows the challenges they face as well as the importance of protecting their interests.
