Overview
Sharon brings 25 years of experience to her role as nurse paralegal in the firm's Transportation & Logistics Service Group. She assists with personal injury claims related to trucking and automobile accidents, slip-and-falls, workplace injuries, and general liability. Sharon obtains, reviews, and analyzes medical and billing records to assist in the determination of causally related injuries, pertinent pre-existing medical conditions, permanency, liens, and appropriate defense medical experts for retention. She produces comprehensive chronologies of medical treatment and audits of relevant treatment expenses to assist attorneys and clients in their evaluations of the damages.
