Overview

With nearly three decades of experience as an employment attorney, Stephanie's ability to understand the breadth and depth of her clients' needs and create a tailored solution is unmatched. She is known for her strategic thinking and ability to build strong client relationships.

As a partner in the firm’s Labor, Employment & Immigration Service Group, Stephanie draws on her background as corporate counsel to provide tactical and effective advice to employers, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures, conducting training, and negotiating separation and employment agreements. She also is an accomplished litigator, dedicated to skillfully defending her clients against harassment and discrimination claims in federal and state courts under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Stephanie has a proven track record of success in navigating complex employment disputes in court as well as before state, local, and administrative agencies throughout the Midwest.

In addition to her employment experience, Stephanie also handles cases for her clients related to housing discrimination and directors' and officers' liability litigation.

Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and is an active volunteer within her community.
