Stuart G. Walker

As a member of the firm's Insurance Services Service Group, Stuart handles all aspects of litigation in coverage disputes from initial assessment through resolution. He draws on his five years as an insurance agent in the health insurance industry and a keen eye for detail to represent the interests of insurance companies, their employees, and independent insurance agents.

In addition to his insurance industry background, Stuart draws on substantial federal court experience gained during his three-year clerkship with the Honorable Harold A. Baker of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. During that time, he was involved in federal civil matters at every stage of litigation through trial, developing a deep understanding of procedural strategy, legal analysis, and judicial decision-making that continues to inform his advocacy on behalf of clients. Stuart has a track record for successfully defending insurers in federal court.

In his free time, Stuart enjoys being active, playing guitar, and playing chess.
