Tim Roth

Tim has more than three decades of experience zealously advocating for his clients. His practice centers on representing prominent transportation companies and their drivers following major trucking accidents.

Tim defends motor carriers, drivers, and their insurers throughout Ohio in claims and lawsuits involving wrongful death, personal injury, property damage, and cargo claim liability. He has tried over 35 personal injury and wrongful death bench and jury trials to verdict. In addition, Tim serves as national counsel for a number of trucking companies and litigates trucking cases in a multitude of state and federal jurisdictions across the country. As part of the firm’s Rapid Response Team, he provides critical front-line services in the immediate aftermath of accidents by providing clients with on-site legal counsel, evidence preservation, and catastrophic loss evaluation.
