Treston D. Marshall

Associate

Overview

Treston saw firsthand how difficult it is for many people to find peaceful resolutions to civil claims while he worked as a police officer. He decided to pursue a career as an attorney to become an advocate for similarly situated individuals and draws on his law enforcement background when crafting defense strategies.

As a member of the firm's General Liability Service Group, Treston represents clients facing issues including landlord/tenant disputes, premises liability claims, and transportation-related matters. He has experience representing and litigating on behalf of insurance carriers in first party insurance coverage matters and claims arising from various forms of insurance fraud. Treston makes a point to distill difficult legal concepts for his clients to ensure they understand every stage of representation.

When he is away from the office, Treston believes in giving back to his community through serving at his church.
