Stalled SECURE Act Finally Enacted Into Law

Larry Gregory recently wrote an article published in the Trusts and Estate Newsletter of the Illinois Bar Association. The article, titled “Stalled SECURE Act Finally Enacted Into Law,” discusses how the SECURE Act will make it easier for individuals to save for retirement and how in order to pay for new savings options, the act restricts a popular estate planning technique.
