Following a recent court victory which granted high school athletes in Ohio permission to profit from their name, image, and likeness (NIL), Luke addresses common concerns and clarifies misconceptions surrounding the nature and impact of NIL deals for high schools and high school athletes.
He states, "This moment offers a critical opportunity to separate fact from fear and acknowledge how dramatically different high school NIL is from the version we see dominating headlines at the college level."
