Marijuana Update

Michael McGrory co-presents on the status of the medical marijuana laws, industry and federal/state conflict in Illinois. He will also address ethical concerns for attorneys including: new states that have legalized medical marijuana, bankruptcy protection, banking, insurance, intellectual property and taxes. The expiration of the Pilot Program will be addressed as well as physician concerns.
