Anatomy of an ERD Hearing

The Labor & Employment Service Group, as well as retired Equal Rights Division Administrative Law Judge, Gary Olstad, held a mock ERD discrimination hearing. Issues involved mental health disability and accommodation requests. The presentation also highlighted best practices when dealing with such concerns to better prepare employers for defense and hearing. Witnesses were presented, arguments were made, and retired ALJ Olstad “presided” at the “hearing”.
