Avoiding Common Mistakes in Restrictive Covenant and Independent Contractor Agreements

Laurie Meyer, has been invited to speak at the 34^th Annual DBE Workshop and Secretary’s Golden Shovel Awards. This conference is hosted by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the National Association of Minority Contractors and is held in collaboration with Wisconsin DBE Unified Certification Program Partners: City of Madison, Dane County and Milwaukee County. Attendees include small, minority, women-owned businesses, prime/general contractors, architect-engineers, construction industry suppliers/vendors, small business advocates and other businesses within the transportation construction industry.
