CESA 7 Presents A Legal Day with Mary Gerbig and Associates

CESA 7 Integrated Services will be hosting a Legal Day event with Mary Gerbig and Associates, School Law and Higher Education Attorney and Chair.

Facilitated by Becky Spengler, CESA 7 Director of Integration, and Colleen Timm, CESA 7 Director of Learning Services, this half-day program will include members from our team who will lead breakout sessions addressing timely school-related matters including:

• Student Discipline, Expulsion Do’s and Don’ts and Special Education Discipline Issues, presented by Mary Gerbig and Abby Busler
• Teacher contracts, Non-renewal, Termination and Performance Improvement Plans, presented by Robert Burns
• Harassment or Employee Bullying Investigations, Arrest/conviction issues, and Internal Disputes, presented by Anthony Steffek
• Architect, Construction and Vendor Contract Pitfalls, Commercial, and Real Estate Issues for Districts, presented by Thomas Rohan
