Join the Labor and Employment Service Group for an interactive workshop addressing common employment law challenges impacting today’s employers. The scenarios will be presented by Robert W. Burns and Anthony J. Steffek and will address allegations of age and disability discrimination, as well as religious accommodation in the workplace.

Attendees will have the opportunity to weigh both employee and management arguments as the facts are revealed. The impact of sound management policies and practices when responding to such issues will be examined, as well as common pitfalls to be avoided.
