On January 10, 2023, the Illinois General Assembly passed legislation that will enable employees in the state to accrue up to five days of paid leave per year. The new legislation will go into effect on January 1, 2024 and applies to nearly every employee working in Illinois.

Join Julie Proscia as she co-presents a timely webcast, sponsored by AssuredPartners, to discuss this new legislation, the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The webcast will provide an overview of the new law and what employers should be doing to prepare.
