Amundsen Davis secured an early dismissal prior to formal discovery by providing the court with supporting evidence of compliance with BIPA from our staffing agency client along with facts demonstrating that its user client did not direct, instruct or in any way lease, own or control the biometric timeclock system at issue. The motion to dismiss filed set forth detailed facts and supporting records demonstrating adequate compliance with BIPA.  The client’s evidence of compliance that supported an early dismissal came through simple and cost effective measures taken by the client under our previous guidance and direction.
