Mike Van Someren assisted a client with the acquisition and development of a vacant parcel into a $20,000,000 senior housing facility including raising of equity, structuring of investments, and negotiating of lender financing. He negotiated the purchase and sale agreement, loan documentation, and investor materials. He also drafted the operating agreements and worked with the client to determine the optimal structure for the project.
