Overview
Timothy Feldhausen and Emilie Rohde represented a local franchisee in the sale of the assets of their business. Such representation included, among other things, the negotiation of an asset purchase agreement, the preparation of disclosure schedules, and the drafting of ancillary corporate and transactional documents. To effectuate the sale of a franchise, communication and collaboration with the franchisor was also necessary to finalize the transaction.
