Overview
Tim is also a former commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy and offshore sailor who thinks of every client matter as a voyage. He helps clients understand their risk without limiting their business potential.
Tim concentrates his practice on complex legal and business matters, including asset and stock purchase transactions for business, licensing, transportation, franchising and dealership issues. He counsels his clients on the structuring of business entities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, franchise and dealership law, commercial finance and private equity. Tim’s primary client base includes privately-held manufacturing, technology and sales and services businesses.
Prior to basing his practice in the Green Bay area, Tim practiced corporate and commercial law in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. areas. He also assisted clients on federal and state regulatory matters, including telecommunications issues and other regulatory matters.
Outside the office, Tim is an active volunteer at his church and with the Boy Scouts of America. He also participates in Scottish Highland festivals.
