Outside General Counsel

We are asked to serve as outside general counsel to a wide array of companies, often because these companies do not have inside legal counsel for legacy or other reasons.  In these cases, we closely work with executive leadership to deeply learn the underlying business and to coordinate all legal needs across corporate, litigation, employment, intellectual property and other disciplines. We make ourselves available to work with executive leadership on-site as frequently as they need us.  We are set up to keep track of all filing deadlines, registration requirements, and records on which the organization relies.  We perform these services for companies that are owned by private equity and for companies or divisions that have been recently sold or spun-off by large strategic companies, in addition to other privately held and publicly traded companies.
