Overview

Chris identifies the problem, then finds the solution. His approach to litigation has led to multiple successful results early in his legal career. It starts and ends with preparation. Recognized for his diligence, persistence, and sound judgment, from the pleading stage through appeal, Chris is a sought-after member for trial teams.

Focusing in general defense litigation, Chris handles diverse cases encompassing class action, employment, business tort, insurance, civil and constitutional rights, and complex tort matters. He is experienced in various aspects of e-discovery including leading teams of outside vendors in voluminous document review, production, and archiving. He also serves as associate general counsel to the National Fraternal Order of Police, which has more than 365,000 members nationwide. In this role he works as the lead writer for all amicus briefs submitted on behalf of the organization.
