Christopher R. Green

Chris is a strategic, solutions-focused litigator with a primary focus on employment defense. He represents nonprofit and corporate employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and restrictive covenant enforcement, including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. Chris also conducts and advises on internal workplace investigations and counsels employers on proactive strategies to mitigate risk and reduce exposure before disputes escalate.

When litigation arises, Chris serves as a trusted advocate at every stage of the process—from pre-suit strategy and pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal. He regularly represents clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.

In addition to his employment practice, Chris handles complex commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, insurance coverage actions, civil and constitutional rights claims, and complex tort cases. Across all matters, he is known for identifying key issues early, developing practical litigation strategies, and preparing cases thoroughly to position clients for favorable outcomes.

Chris also has significant experience managing e-discovery in complex litigation, including coordinating with external vendors and overseeing large-scale document collection, review, and production.
