Serves as Acting In-House Counsel for an Industry Leading Global Supplier and Distributor of Automotive Parts and Accessories

Amundsen Davis serves as acting in-house counsel for an industry leading global supplier and distributor of car and truck wheels, tires, and related automotive parts and accessories. We routinely assist the $500M company with negotiation of various commercial leases, manufacturing, supply, and distribution agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. We also assisted in a corporate reorganization and consolidation and the creation and maintenance of various internal company forms and policies and a corporate governance program. We also assist and advise on various general corporate matters, including employment matters, e-commerce regulatory compliance issues, and intellectual property transactional and enforcement needs.
