Danielle M. Zimmerman

Danielle works closely with clients and counsel to help implement and execute the comprehensive strategies curated by our corporate attorneys. From forming entities to dissolving entities, Danielle thrives within the nuances of transactional challenges faced by businesses of all sizes. Within corporate and real estate deals, she aids in many elements of contractual-related drafting including filing articles of organization/incorporation, assisting with commercial and residential purchase agreements, leases, as well as drafting a variety business agreements ranging from supplier/distribution arrangements to employment agreements.

Danielle also assists the firm’s Trusts & Estates Team by preparing various estate planning documents including drafting wills and trusts, and succession plans.
