Amundsen Davis promoted 10 attorneys to partner, including Michael Barnes, Danielle Snyder Fadel, Tim Feldhausen, Jason Just, Joseph Klocke, James Maschhoff, Chris Miller, Matt Pikor, Karen Tobin, Tiffany Woelfel.  

Michael Barnes, Transportation & Logistic, Chicago, IL

Mike represents clients from their initial claim investigation through a case’s final resolution against allegations of negligence, statutory and regulatory violations, and related contractual and insurance issues. He represents clients of all sizes from a wide variety of industries, including transportation companies, construction contractors, retailers, and product manufacturers.

Danielle Snyder Fadel, Corporate, Milwaukee, WI

Danielle advises companies and business owners on a variety of complex legal and business matters, including business formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries. She assists clients by drafting and negotiating contracts, including stock purchase and asset purchase agreements, reviewing various transaction documents and performing due diligence.

Tim Feldhausen, Corporate, Green Bay, WI

Tim concentrates his practice on complex legal and business matters, including asset and stock purchase transactions for business, licensing, transportation, franchising and dealership issues. He counsels his clients on the structuring of business entities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, franchise and dealership law, commercial finance and private equity. Tim’s primary client base includes privately-held manufacturing, technology and sales and services businesses.

Jason Just, Business Litigation, Green Bay, WI  

Jason focuses on litigating a wide variety of business and professional matters including construction defects, contract disputes, liability defense, patent litigation, as well as civil rights defense for law enforcement and municipalities. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict. He also serves as general counsel for manufacturing companies and construction companies.

Joseph Klocke, General Liability, Chicago, IL

Joseph has tried dozens of cases in multiple Chicagoland and collar counties. He brings extensive experience to the variety of clients he represents including private individuals, trucking companies, manufacturing companies, construction companies, insurance companies, small businesses, and even a digital media brand and YouTube Channel. He defends and helps his clients throughout the entire pendency of a case from pleadings to the verdict.

James Maschhoff, General Liability, St. Louis, MO

Jim has been representing businesses in various kinds of litigation for more than 25 years. He recognizes that each case is unique and that every client has their own set of goals, which is why he never treats two cases the same. Jim’s litigation experience includes defending against all types of personal injury and other general liability claims, representing businesses in construction and other breach of contract disputes and representing accountants.

Matt Pikor, Transportation & Logistics, Chicago, IL

As a member of the firm’s Transportation and Logistics Service Group, Matt represents diverse business entities in civil litigation, including motor carriers, manufacturers, retailers, distributors and insurers. He has a successful track record representing both Fortune 500 companies and small businesses in state and federal court with respect to cases that involve a variety of matters at issue, from contract disputes to tort defense.

Karen Tobin, Corporate, Crystal Lake, IL

Having practiced corporate law for more than a decade, Karen has significant experience assisting with corporate governance, commercial contract law, mergers and acquisitions, along with commercial and residential real estate transactions. Through the start-ups and reorganizations of many companies, she has worked on many shareholder agreements and operating agreements for her clients. She is well versed in multi-jurisdictional areas and can assist clients with maintaining and qualifying their entities throughout the United States. Karen advises clients in shareholder matters and shareholder rights. She is also well versed in negotiating vendor agreements, master service agreements, license agreements, and distributor agreements.

Tiffany Woelfel, Business Litigation, Appleton WI, Green Bay WI

Tiffany focuses her practice on both state and federal civil litigation, including matters arising in the fields of business, finance, environmental, intellectual property, employment, and civil rights law.
