Defeated a Petition to Dissolve a Local Unit of Government

Amundsen Davis represented an individual who planned to run for local office in a unit of local government, but the unit of local government was possibly going to be dissolved due to a petition to dissolve it being filed. Amundsen Davis defeated the petition by successfully objecting to it with the local electoral board, and also prevailed on the appeal by obtaining dismissal of it.
