Overview
Amundsen Davis defended a national medical device company in a consumer class action. The team had victories on consecutive motions to dismiss, which sharply narrowed the claims at issue under the Wisconsin Consumer Act and reduced the potential scope of the putative class. Subsequently, due to Amundsen Davis’s aggressive defense and arguments advanced at an ensuing hearing before the trial judge, the team was able to resolve the case on very favorable terms.
