Amundsen Davis defended a prominent road construction general contractor in a personal injury case involving an ironworker with orthopedic injuries, as well as a TBI. The plaintiff’s counsel demanded $9 million, but ultimately only received $1.5 million from a different insurance carrier in addition to being forced to repay a significant portion of the workers’ compensation lien.
