Overview
Amundsen Davis tried a medical malpractice jury trial defending an ER doctor who was sued for failure to diagnose a lacerated digital nerve. The plaintiff developed a neuroma which had to be excised and plaintiff still had pain. The jury found no negligence on the ER doctor.
