Overview
Guided a multifamily residential development through the full municipal approval process, securing approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, rezone, Certified Survey Map (CSM), site plan, and Planned Development Overlay. Efforts included strategic land use analysis, preparation and presentation of entitlement applications, coordination with municipal staff and consultants, and presentation and advocacy at public hearings. The team then advised on and negotiated the development agreement for the project.
The project also involved extensive neighborhood outreach, including community meetings and an onsite tree walk, to address stakeholder concerns, incorporate feedback where appropriate, and build support for the development.
