Negotiated a Favorable Settlement on Behalf of a School District in a Multi-Part Wrongful Death Matter

Amundsen Davis negotiated a very favorable settlement on behalf of a school district in a multi-party wrongful death matter. The plaintiff’s decedent died of electrocution during renovation of school facility.  During pendency of the suit in the Circuit Court of Cook County the parties agreed to a settlement mediation which included contractors and sub-contractors.
