Overview

We represented a general contractor after pieces of terra cotta fell from the newly renovated terra cotta façade at the historic Milwaukee City Hall. Design defects and faulty construction were alleged and the city sought more than $18 million in damages. We negotiated an early settlement, avoiding expensive litigation and getting the iconic building fixed.
