Overview
Amundsen Davis represented an excess insurer as coverage counsel in relation to a catastrophic accident. Through a thorough investigation we were able to identify multiple additional applicable underlying insurance policies. We were able to negotiate with the insurance companies that issued the additional policies to secure multiple additional layers of coverage below our clients policy.
